EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 15-day exchange policy. You have 15 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

How to request an exchange: Contact us at yaelcohenm@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with shipping instructions for your exchange.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.

Exceptions: Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at yaelcohenm@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
